Website packages

One person handling all of it.

Three packages, built around the three problems small businesses actually turn up with. Find the sentence below that sounds like yours and start there.

Pricing is being updated right now. Everything listed in these packages is accurate. The numbers are the only part I’m still working out. Call or text and you’ll get a real figure for your situation on the spot.

Let’s talk

Every package includes hosting, SSL, your domain and me answering the phone. Nothing on this page has a setup fee hiding behind it.

Rather own the files outright?

Some people want to pay once, take the files and host it wherever they like. I do that too. You get the whole site, you own every line of it, and hosting and future changes are yours to handle.

Depends on scope. Ask me on the first call and you will get a real number, not a range.

Ask about a one-time build

Hosting on its own

If I built your site as a one-time project and you would rather I keep it running, it lives on my own servers here in Texas. SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and security patches are part of it. No cPanel login to lose, no upsells, no renewal invoice that arrives forty percent higher than last year.

Free on every monthly package. This is only for one-time builds.

Ask about hosting
No price tag on purpose

Three things I won’t put a number on.

Not as a trick to make you call. Any number I published here would be wrong for most of the people reading it, and a wrong number wastes your afternoon and mine.

Google & Meta ads

Three things move the number: how much hands-on work your account needs, what you’re spending, and how many campaigns are running. One local search campaign for a single shop is nothing like a multi-location account with creative testing behind it. Charging both the same would mean overcharging one of you.

Talk it through

Custom software & CRMs

Job trackers, quoting tools, customer databases, internal dashboards. Different enough every time that a price list would be fiction. It usually starts with me asking what you currently do in a spreadsheet.

Talk it through

Multi-location businesses

More locations means more pages, more Google profiles and more moving parts. Worth a conversation before anybody quotes anything.

Talk it through
Keeping it current

Two ways to change something, and both are easy.

Every site I build has moving parts. Hours, prices, specials, photos. You should never be stuck waiting on somebody to change them, and nobody should be billing you for a two-minute edit.

Option one, and the one most people use

Text me. It’s usually done before you set the phone down.

New price, new photo, closing early on Christmas Eve. Send it however you like: call, text, email, Facebook message. I’m usually on it right away, and I’m not going to nickel and dime you over the small stuff that comes up week to week.

Most of my clients work this way and it’s a big part of why they stay. No support ticket. No portal login you’ve forgotten the password to. No waiting three days on a web company that stopped caring about your account in 2023.

Option two, if you’d rather not wait on anyone

Or do it yourself from your phone in about fifteen seconds.

On the packages that include it you get a plain editor for the parts that move. It looks like filling out a form rather than building a page, so there’s nothing to learn. You can’t break the layout and you can’t accidentally take the site down.

Hours and closuresPricesPhotosSpecials and offersStaff and servicesAnnouncements

Some owners are in there daily. Others have never once opened it and just text me instead. Both are fine. It’s there if you want it.

The moving parts are yours. Everything underneath is mine. Hosting, security, updates, backups, speed, and anything that goes properly wrong at two in the morning stays with me on every plan. You never have to think about it.

Works with what you have

It should talk to the tools you already pay for.

Nobody wakes up wanting an integration. You want orders from the website printing in the kitchen like any other ticket, and bookings landing on the schedule your front desk already has open.

And if the tool you need doesn’t exist, I build it. Job trackers, quoting systems, customer databases, internal dashboards. A few of my clients run their entire operation on something I built into their website, because the off-the-shelf option kept fighting how they actually work.

No cost, no catch

Not sure which one you need?

Completely normal, and it takes about five minutes on the phone to sort out. Tell me what your business does and what is currently driving you mad, and I’ll tell you which package fits. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need me yet.

Questions about the packages

Because I’m restructuring my packages and I’d rather show you nothing than a number I’m about to change. Call or text and you’ll find out exactly what your situation costs. Takes about five minutes and there’s no pitch attached.

On the monthly plans you own your domain, your content, your photos and every bit of your data, and you can walk out with all of it whenever you like. The site itself is part of the plan, which is what keeps the monthly price down and means no four-figure invoice on day one. Want the files outright instead? I do one-time builds. Just ask.

Tell me what you need and you’ll hear the terms before you commit to anything. Keeping somebody who wants to leave makes for miserable work on both sides, so I don’t.

Then we talk about it. Half of what I’ve built for people appears on no package list anywhere. A job tracker. A custom quoting tool, an inventory page, a members area. If it makes your business run better it’s worth a conversation.

No. I build by hand, which is why these sites load fast and don’t fall over when a plugin updates itself at three in the morning. What that buys you is speed and the absence of surprises. Already on WordPress and want to stay? Tell me and you’ll get an honest opinion on whether moving is worth it for you.

I’m still here. Hosting, security, backups and updates are handled on the monthly plans, and you keep my phone number. Most of my clients have been with me for years and still text me directly when something needs changing.
