Somebody in your town is choosing a dentist right now.
They’ll look at three websites and call one. That decision takes about eight seconds and it turns almost entirely on two things: whether your practice looks like somewhere they’d trust with a needle, and whether they can tell you take their insurance without picking up the phone to ask.
Things I hear from owners in your line of work.
Patients judge clinical quality by website quality. That isn’t fair and it isn’t rational, but it’s measurable, and it’s the cheapest problem on this page to fix.
Put it on the site in a list they can scan in four seconds. Your front desk gets hours back every week, and the people who were never going to be a fit filter themselves out before they tie up a phone line.
Usually because they have a page for each service and each town they serve, and you have one page called Services. Google can only rank what exists. That’s fixable in a few weeks.
Online booking wired into your practice management software, with confirmations and reminders attached, so the appointment is real before it reaches your schedule.
Built around how your business actually runs.
These are the pieces that matter specifically for dentists, doctors & clinics, rather than a template with your photos dropped into it.
Booking that lands in your software
Connected to your practice management system, so a booking on the website becomes a booking on the schedule instead of an email somebody at the front desk has to retype.
Insurance, stated plainly
A scannable list of what you accept, plus financing and any in-house plan. It’s the single most asked question you get, answered before anybody dials.
A page for every service
Implants, ortho, emergencies, cosmetic, cleanings. Each one its own page, because somebody searching for a cracked molar at 9pm isn’t typing the word Services.
Providers who look like people
Real photos, real bios, real credentials. Your patient is choosing a person to put hands in their mouth. Help them choose yours.
Reviews doing actual work
Your Google rating and recent reviews sitting right beside the booking button. North Garland has 354 five-star reviews and none of them were visible on their old site.
A first-visit offer that converts
One clear new-patient special with an obvious next step, built to be the easiest possible yes for somebody who’s been putting this off for two years.
One new patient is usually worth more over their lifetime than a full year of the website that found them.
A site like this, running right now.
Go and click around. Real businesses, currently trading, and I still work with every one of them.
Two ways to change something, and both are easy.
In your line of work the details change constantly. You should never be waiting on somebody else to update them, and nobody should be billing you for a two-minute edit.
Text me. It’s usually done before you set the phone down.
New price, new photo, closing early on Christmas Eve. Send it however you like: call, text, email, Facebook message. I’m usually on it right away, and I’m not going to nickel and dime you over the small stuff that comes up week to week.
Most of my clients work this way and it’s a big part of why they stay. No support ticket. No portal login you’ve forgotten the password to. No waiting three days on a web company that stopped caring about your account in 2023.
972-853-1626Or do it yourself from your phone in about fifteen seconds.
On the packages that include it you get a plain editor for the parts that move. It looks like filling out a form rather than building a page, so there’s nothing to learn. You can’t break the layout and you can’t accidentally take the site down.
Some owners are in there daily. Others have never once opened it and just text me instead. Both are fine. It’s there if you want it.
The moving parts are yours. Everything underneath is mine. Hosting, security, updates, backups, speed, and anything that goes properly wrong at two in the morning stays with me on every plan. You never have to think about it.
It should connect to what you already use.
Tell me what you run on the first call. If it connects cleanly, I’ll connect it. If it doesn’t, you’ll hear that instead of a promise about something that only half works.
Want to see what I’d do with yours?
Send me your current website and you’ll get a short video back walking through what’s working, what’s costing you calls, and what I’d change first. Free, no obligation, and the list is yours to take elsewhere.
Dentists, doctors & clinics: common questions
The website itself doesn’t store patient health information. Booking requests hand off to your practice management system or a compliant scheduling provider, which is where that data belongs. If your situation needs more than that, say so on the first call and we’ll scope it properly instead of guessing.
Most of the common ones, yes. Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, NexHealth, LocalMed and similar. Tell me what you run and I’ll tell you honestly whether it connects directly or whether a booking request form does the job better.
More often than you’d expect. Corporate dental groups run one template across fifty locations, which means not one of those pages is genuinely about your town. A practice with real local pages and real reviews beats that regularly.
Not unless you want to. I built North Garland Dental’s entire site over Facebook Messenger and one phone call, and I’ve still never been to their office. If you’re in DFW and you’d rather sit down, I’m glad to. Plenty of my clients I’ve never met.
Not quite your business?
These four pages exist because I have live clients in them. Most of my work sits in trades with no page here at all. Tell me what you do and you’ll get an honest answer about whether I’m the right fit.
